Greetings!
Say what you want to happen to your “stuff”. Take some time and write down what you would want to happen to your belongings. I am speaking to those things that mean something to only you that are in your apartment or house. A vase, a piece of artwork, photographs, anything that no one knows is important to you but you. Believe me, I have gone through a lot of things in my friend’s condo that I had no idea if it meant something special to her or not. List the item and who you want to have it. These are things that you may want listed in your Will; however, maybe not. This document can be placed with your legal documents so the POA would find the list and know what needs to be set aside and given to someone for you.
